1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ba999d platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the ba999d Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and ba999d (the "Company"). Use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on the ba999d platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ba999d strictly prohibits access by minors. The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated agents may not register accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any such person employed by ba999d or any affiliated company.
• You must not have previously been excluded from the ba999d platform, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or involuntarily following a breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You may hold only one registered account on the ba999d platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

ba999d reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ba999d account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.

You must notify ba999d support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, if your credentials have been compromised, or if you believe your account has been used fraudulently. ba999d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password for your ba999d account and do not reuse passwords from other services.
• Do not access your ba999d account from shared or public devices without logging out after each session.
• Enable any additional account security features made available by ba999d from time to time.
• Do not share your account with any other person, including family members or friends.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All financial transactions on ba999d are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Supported payment methods may change from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your ba999d account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt by the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in an active promotion. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available account balance after deducting any funds subject to active wagering requirements.
• ba999d targets a withdrawal processing time of five minutes under standard operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during periods of exceptionally high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• ba999d reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Players must cooperate fully with such checks. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in a delay or refusal of the withdrawal.
• ba999d does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though individual payment service providers may apply their own charges. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their payment provider.

Any funds deposited into your ba999d account are held for the purpose of gaming activity on the Platform. ba999d does not pay interest on account balances. Account balances are not transferable to third parties.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ba999d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail for the purposes of that promotion.

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ba999d offers:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or bonus winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account upon expiry.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• ba999d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to amend the terms of an ongoing promotion with reasonable notice, and to void bonus winnings where the Company reasonably determines that a bonus has been claimed fraudulently, through collusion, or by exploiting an error.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets and wagers placed on the ba999d platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all selections, stake amounts, and bet types before confirming any wager. ba999d will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds that the player made an unintended selection.

The following conduct rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on ba999d:

• Players must not use any automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or software to place bets or to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Players must not engage in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or any form of fraud related to the outcome of any sporting event or casino game offered on the Platform.
• Players must not exploit software errors, pricing mistakes, or platform vulnerabilities. Any winnings generated by exploiting such errors may be voided by ba999d.
• Arbitrage betting strategies that expose ba999d to guaranteed loss regardless of outcome are prohibited. ba999d reserves the right to limit stakes, void bets, or close accounts where such strategies are identified.
• All in-play cricket betting markets are governed by the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body (such as the ICC or BCB). ba999d's in-house trading team decisions on void bets and market settlements are final.

ba999d reserves the right to void any bet or wager where there is reasonable evidence of rule violation, technical error, data feed failure, or market corruption. Players will be informed of void bet decisions and any affected stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ba999d platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Registering more than one account, including using a family member's or third party's identity to create additional accounts.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other time during the account relationship.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or charge back any deposit made to the Platform through your payment provider without first raising the matter with ba999d support and allowing a reasonable time for resolution.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, odds, or intellectual property belonging to ba999d without prior written consent.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to ba999d's systems, databases, or infrastructure through hacking, phishing, or any other means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ba999d staff, support agents, or other players on any platform communication channel.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ba999d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct in connection with the Platform.
• The player is under 21 years of age or has otherwise misrepresented their eligibility.
• Continued operation of the account would expose ba999d to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The player has requested self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools available on the Platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ba999d reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no breach is established, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting ba999d support. Upon voluntary closure, any available balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures.

9 Responsible Gaming

ba999d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential harm that problem gambling can cause. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in the account settings, or to contact ba999d support at [email protected] to request a cooling-off period or permanent exclusion.

ba999d strictly enforces its minimum age policy. The Platform is for adults aged 21 and above only. Any player found to be under the minimum age will have their account closed immediately and any deposits will be returned. Winnings generated by underage players will be forfeited.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ba999d platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform, is the exclusive property of ba999d or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other licence or right is granted. Players must not reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, sell, or sublicense any Platform content without prior written consent from ba999d.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ba999d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or Platform downtime.
• Errors in odds, prices, or market data that result in the voiding of bets.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

ba999d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ba999d will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability, particularly during high-demand events such as BPL and ICC tournament fixtures.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ba999d operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a player and ba999d, the player must first contact ba999d support at [email protected] and allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for the Company to investigate and respond. ba999d will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. ba999d's decisions on bet settlements, account closures resulting from Terms breaches, and bonus eligibility determinations are final and binding once the internal complaints process has been exhausted.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ba999d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ba999d will notify registered players via an on-platform notification or by email to the address registered on the account. The updated Terms will become effective from the date specified in the notification.

Your continued use of the ba999d platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 above.

The current version of the Terms & Conditions is always available on this page. The effective date at the top of the document indicates when the current version came into force. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
